Brian Royston, Founder

Brian is a hands-on finance leader with over 25 years of corporate financial consulting experience, including consulting-CFO engagements at over 20 venture backed enterprise SaaS companies.

SaaSoT exists because the same problem showed up at company after company: ARR lived in fragile spreadsheets, definitions drifted between the board deck and the data room, and nobody could prove how the number was built. After rebuilding that spreadsheet for the twentieth time, he built the product instead: an engine that recovers true ARR from raw contracts, flags every anomaly, and keeps the audit trail that diligence demands.

Brian received his bachelors in Finance from Texas A&M University and his MBA from Santa Clara University. Brian and his wife live in the San Francisco Bay Area at the foot of the Santa Cruz Mountains.
